DOSE of ROSE

I wanted a bespoke cake from a local baker for my wedding and stumbled upon Seohyun. We asked for a chocolate Guinness cake with butter cream icing and white flowers. The end result was a piece of art that tasted delicious and it even accidentally matched my bouquet perfectly! I couldn’t be happier. To make things better, Seohyun is such a lovely woman.

I had a cake made for a party and it was everything that I could have hoped for. The look of the cake was marveled at by the party guests. They thought that the flowers were so beautiful that they couldn't believe that they were edible. The taste and texture of the cake was fabulous, with everyone coming back for more.

Dose of Rose made our twin daughters' 21st birthday cake and we were not disappointed. I asked if their birth month flower (lily of the valley) be incorporated, the end result was stunning and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend.

The presentation of this cake is outstanding - it is a work of art, with even, well baked layers. The sponge is moist and with a good clean flavour and the buttercream is smooth and not over sweet - this product not only looks good but tastes very good with the quality ingredients used coming through. This is a very tasty, well made cake using quality natural ingredients which come together in an excellent sweet treat.

Truly a work of art, it felt like a crime to cut this beautiful cake. The sugar craft is exquisite, the roses and leaves absolutely realistic. Tempting aroma of vanilla. Moist and light sponge which has not only cut into perfect layers but also tastes good - not always the case. This is a well made, simple vanilla cake which showcases enormous skill.
