What is your most memorable wedding?
I had my first wedding in August 2023, but I suspect the order I have for next year for 140 cupcakes and to incorporate Colin and Connie the Caterpillar in the display, will be pretty memorable.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I have had my business up and running since April 2023 and have been to three wedding fayres. I have been astounded by the feedback about the look of my cakes and how they taste.
I have had so much interest and orders and am so grateful that I can be a part of such a special day.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
If you are looking to order cupcakes for your special day, make sure you secure your date in plenty of time.
All my cupcakes are piped the day before the event, so I am usually limited to one wedding a weekend.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I offer a free consultation and can provide piped cupcakes in various shades of your chosen colours, so you can see them in the flesh and make choices. This ensures that we get everything to your exact requirements.
What is your signature cake?
Vanilla cupcakes, with vanilla buttercream.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have always been a baker and did sugar craft classes many years ago. I always baked celebration cakes for friends and family but never as a business.
I discovered Buttercream Flowers last year, had a few lessons and the rest is history. I have been in the Civil Service for many years and decided to finally do something I love.
