What is your most memorable wedding?
My friend Jen's wedding, as it was the first time I had made a cake for a wedding. It was a three tier Naked cake, Carrot, Lemon and Coffee with seasonal fruits and beautiful roses to match the bridesmaids flowers.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud to have persevered with my business despite some hardships and those who didn't think I could do it.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Keep it simple. No wedding will be easy but if each person focuses on getting one or two specific elements as they would like agreed early on, it will become a lot easier to compromise on the other parts as a couple later on.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Drum procession to lead the couple as they arrive at their reception.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to begin by discussing what flavour cakes they would like. Then colour choices or personal customisations that they are interested in. Finally any additional elements they require, such as table decoration.
