Place settings & Chairs at the main table, had something included in it that reflected the personality of the person who was going to sit at that seat

First contact (No, I am not an Alien ! :-), Finding out exactly what they had in mind or what theme and colours are required, Assimilating all the couples requests and brief, then getting cracking to create some mock ups. Once the perfect design is decided upon, we take a deposit and Confirm your booking. We make delivery and set up arrangements with the venue directly

A Fun Quirky Cake that incorporated the couples much loved outdoor pursuits or cycling and skiing

I was running my restaurant at the time, and one of our regular customers asked me to make a cake for them, and it started there
