Claire Owen Cakes

Thank you for the beautiful cake you created for us for our special day. We loved it as did our guests - the carrot cake with cinnamon was one of the best cakes we and our guests have ever eaten. So glad we chose you, you were so lovely to work with.

I want to take the time to say the cake was beautiful and delicious! Id love to have said the same for the pistachio rose but it was quite literally demolished and devoured by my cousins by the time we returned from the wedding....I don't know how... There were only 5 of them but hey that can only be a good thing ! I'm told it was amazing and given they managed to eat a whole tier I'll take their word for it!. Please know Rejwana & I are incredibly grateful and honoured for you to have baked our cake.

What can we say… there are no words to describe how amazing the cake(s) where! It blew Jordan and me away when we first saw it and I couldn’t stop staring at it during the wedding breakfast! It looks and tasted amazing and absolutely everyone at the wedding thought it was sensational. Thanks for all your hard work and for being the best baker and decorator in the world!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you from both of us for the amazing job you did with the cake. Most of our guests kept poking it not believing it was real! I hear it went down pretty well in the night, everyone was very impressed. I didn’t manage to get any on the night but there was a small chunk left that I’ve been snacking on ever since ha. Delicious!

Adam and I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for our absolutely beautiful wedding cake! We had kept the design a secret and it got absolute rave reviews for the looks but most of all the taste of every tier! We even took two chunks of it on our honeymoon so we could enjoy it more than once! You are incredibly talented and we are so glad that we found you! Honestly our cake was even more than I could imagine! I didn’t even want to cut it. In this whole stressful planning you were most probably the most easiest person to work with. Thank you so much we loved the cake so much. I knew straight away that I wanted to work with you after meeting. So excited for your future I know you can only go up and up.

Claire did an amazing job with our wedding cake. It really enhanced our theme and decorations. She was so creative with our vision and really flexible with our dietary requirements. It tasted amazing!

Claire not only created my breathtaking wedding cake this year, but also my recent birthday cake. After seeing her cakes displayed at the Most Curious Wedding Fair, I just knew that she had to do my wedding cake. I could not get her "sugar ball" cake out of my mind as I had seen nothing like it before! Claire creates the most beautiful and elegant cakes that embody a certain rarity among those that I have tasted over the years --- they are as delicious as they are gorgeous! The minute people walked into the room for our wedding breakfast you could hear their audible gasps --- my friends and family still can't stop talking about our wedding cake! And my birthday cake was just as beautiful --- a stunning pink-hued marbleised creation accented with a large pink peony on top with rose gold butterflies. Claire was so lovely to work with --- she is a true artist both from a design and a baking perspective. Somehow five stars don't seem to do her justice! Her Instagram page is a constant source of delight, and I'm just waiting for that next special occasion when I can work with Claire on one of her creations!

Claire was great to work with and we couldn’t have been happier with the final result. Claire came up with a gorgeous design based on the peacock motif from our wedding stationery and executed it beautifully. We had so many compliments on the day and each of the different flavoured layers tasted wonderful too - we particularly recommend the pistachio and rosewater!
