Chelsea Buns Cake Design

Chelsea created our amazing wedding cake. She designed the cake from ideas I had given her and it was just perfect. The belt around the middle tier was an almost perfect match to that on my wedding dress! It also tasted amazing, our favourite cake flavours over all 3 tiers. Couldn't recommend Chelsea Buns enough!!

I met Chelsea at bridgewood manor wedding farye not only did she become our supplier for wedding cake she also became a friend through duration of plans our 4 tier pillow was absolutely stunning our guests loved it and we did too thank you Chelsea for being part of our day

Chelsea was amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly and professional when we met her for our consultation. Her design was exactly what we wanted and her cakes were delicious!! She even helped us with a cake stand emergency a couple of days before our wedding! Can not recommend her highly enough!!

Chelsea designed our wedding cake and it was beyond amazing. We had a face to face consultation and showed her some designs we liked and tasted some different flavours (we had a 3 teir cake each with a different flavour.) She was open to everything and I emailed her a design that I asked my Maid of Honour to draw up as i cant draw lol. Chelsea created exactly what I had asked for but somehow it looked 1000 times better. I wanted a cake in our chosen colours that had a New Zealand theme to it. A saqure base, diamond for the 2nd teir and heart shaped top teir. She took everything we suggested and completely perfected it. I was so emotional when i saw it....it was just perfect. After my friends organised the most beautiful cake for my baby shower, I knew that I needed to reach out to Chelsea Buns to make my wedding cake too! Chelsea was so helpful and professional throughout - even when I changed my mind on the design! The outcome was perfect and just what I wanted for our special day - a three tiered buttercream icing cake complete with decorative roses and ivy. We got so many compliments on the cake, especially on our sponge flavour choices (I really recommend the white choc and raspberry!) Thanks again Chelsea xx

Chelsea was fantastic from the first email to the last. We had already heard of Chelsea before we began planning our suppliers so we weren’t pleased to see her listed as a recommended supplier on our venue’s website. Her portfolio is outstanding, and choices of flavours and cake style endless. We met with Chelsea in the comfort of our own home and had a fabulous time tasting her lovely cakes. We had a few ideas about why we would like and together we came up with something so unique and beautiful. Chelsea teased us with photos of the sugar calla lillies and it was so exciting seeing our cake brought to life. It looked as great as it tasted: rich, luxurious and mouthwatering sweet. We had a different flavour for every tier and all our guests LOVED it! We cannot thank you enough Chelsea, you really did create a showstopper. We have plenty frozen to enjoy over the coming months.

We absolutely adored our wedding cake this week and so many guests commented on how beautiful it was. The detailing was stunning and the personal touches matching our colour scheme and including our initials was lovely. The choice of flavours are excellent and the ones we chose were absolutely delicious, so much so that the whole cake went at the wedding! Would recommend Chelsea over and over again! Thank you!

Chelsea made my husband and i an absolutely gorgeous naked 3 tiered cake with fresh fruits and sugar flowers for our wedding this weekend and it looked absolutely spectacular and tasted delicious. I havent managed to stop eating it yet! It wasn't just the finished product that we were so impressed with, but Chelsea's support and guidance, nothing was too much trouble and she pulled out all the stops to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better cake and really appreciate her help in catering for my dietary requirements. Asking for gluten free is a hard task and she nailed it xx
