A steam punk theme with a pile of books by Jules Verne. The wedding guests arrived in "fancy dress" and they looked amazing. I wished I could have dressed up too - just to deliver the cake!

Firstly book your consultation/tasting session. You are allowed to try upto 5 flavours from a list which I can email to you. Any flavours not on the list, just say, we are always willing to try new flavours.
My "Lakeside" cake comprising a single or double tiered cake displayed over multi-tiered mini cakes. However I generally just go with what the couple want. I will do most styles.
My mother was an amazing cake decorator (amongst other things) and as a young child I would sit and watch her. However it was not until I left home that the real interest began. I made cakes for my son and daughter first of all and the interest just grew until I finally took the plunge, passed my City and Guilds exams in Confectionery Design with flying colours and then my City and Guilds teachers certificate, Levels 1 and 2.
I opened my first shop in 1995 and the rest is history.
I dont have any free time to enter the Bake-off!! LOL
