Hi I’m Zoe , I create bespoke Wedding and Celebration cakes.
Each design is tailored to suit each couple, this starts with a consultation with tastings to go through ideas and sketches, through to the big day with delivery and set up on the big day.
We also make additional wedding favour’s such as macarons, biscuits and cupcakes.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
It’s something that started with making Cakes for my son when he was little and developed into a love of sugar flowers and beautiful wedding design’s , he’s now 16 so it’s been a lot of years of practice now
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Raspberry and champagne sponge cake with fresh berries and beautiful piping , some quick sugar flowers and a touch of gold leaf
