What about your business are you most proud of?

I am a one woman team putting together over 100 wedding cakes a year whilst keeping a family of 4 happy.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make sure you create your day for YOU. It will be the best day of your life so make sure you get to do everything you want. Also take half an hour to stand back together and watch all your loved ones enjoying themselves.

Home made elements are always so beautiful and greatly appreciated.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

After starting my business in 2012 with cupcakes only, I moved to Australia in 2016. When we moved back to the uk in 2018 I had had 2 children and knew I wanted to be self employed. I started making celebration cakes which organically grew into making wedding cakes. I now have a cake studio where I create at least one wedding cake a week.
