Cakes by Sian

Sian made my brother and new sister in law’s wedding cake. It looked so stunning - a real feature of the day! The cake tasted delicious and really soft. I would definitely recommend Sian to all my friends!

Sian was fantastic right from the moment I booked her for our wedding. She helped me with colour choices which actually then influenced our entire wedding. Having seen Sian’s previous work I was happy to allow her creativity a little free reign. She provided us with sketches in advance to give us an idea of what to expect and allow us to make any little tweaks. We didn’t order a cake topper because the cake spoke for itself. After visiting our venue for the decor planning meeting we discovered the cake table was HUGE, so Sian quickly adapted and added cake spheres, biscuits and cake pops to our order at minimal extra cost. Sian arrived to set up the cake well in advance of our ceremony and everyone commented on how stunning the effect was. We had a salted caramel layer, a vanilla layer and a chocolate layer. The top tier was an additional vanilla layer for us to gift to the mothers-in-law and for us to take on our honeymoon with us as we knew with all the excitement of the day we would possibly miss out on trying some of it (I definitely recommend this as on our day I ate very little of the food!). The cake was absolutely divine; melt in the mouth and delicious flavours. Lots of our guests commented on the quality of the cake and it was all gone pretty quickly so we were relieved to have ordered an extra tier for ourselves. I do not hesitate in recommending Sian as your West Midlands cake supplier.

We found Sian after being let down by another cake company. She always responded quickly and arranged a meeting straight away. She took all my ideas on board and suggested ideas. I changed my mind on the little details a few times, but Sian was great when I emailed and was happy to update the design. I didn't get chance to see her when she delivered the cake, but was so happy when I saw it later! It was beautiful and looked so good, I didn't want to share!! Everyone loves the cake, we cut the two of three layers up on the evening and there was plenty of cake! We even had some left over,plus the top tier to take home! We had a jam sponge layer and two chocolate layers (my favorite!) And it was so moist and the flavours were amazing! Thank you so much Sian!

I met Sian at a wedding fair we were both exhibiting at and got chatting ! I was so impressed by the naturally lovely manner she had with potential clients at the fair. Her cake display was stunning - so much pretty detail and they taste good too ! I loved her work so much that I asked her to make a showcase cake for a styled shoot I was planning which took place in Spring earlier this year - it was amazing and fitted the brief perfectly ! Sian is such a lovely lady - very easy to work with, nothing is too much trouble and her work is exquisite ! We have remained friends and I can't wait to see the cake she creates for the next shoot !!
