Cakes by Caroline was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She know exactly what I was wanting to do with the design and helped me decide on the best way to achieve it. When it came to the cake sampling she made delicious cakes and was hard for us just to choose 2 flavours as they were absolutely amazing. It was delivered and set up fantastically and I received so many compliments about the look and the taste of it. I will be using Caroline again and she has already communicated well.

Caroline makes the most tasty & beautiful cakes but what I found to be most helpful was her patience & flexibility when we were designing our cake. Brides have a very busy job dealing with lots of suppliers especially during the final months of the wedding prep. Caroline was able to save me time by discussing our requirements over the phone & by using pictures on my Pinterest account & her facebook page. Having already met once this was perfect. The cake was beautiful and so tasty.

Fantastic Cake! 3 flavour naked cake. Perfect to what we needed plus a few shortbread heats extra too // no problem with a Gluten free option which also went down well!

Wow - what can I say about Caroline besides the fact that she's been an absolute pleasure to work with! From the start she was so helpful, efficient, professional but more importantly friendly and understood exactly what we wanted. The cake itself was literally perfect and was oh so delicious!!! I would most definitely recommend Caroline to anyone looking to have a bespoke cake made!

The lady who was originally booked to make our cake was unfortunately taken ill a week before our wedding and was unable to make it. Caroline stepped in at the last minute and made sure I had the perfect cake! She made the handing over process very easy and made sure that I didn't worry. Due to the short notice, I was unable to meet with Caroline, however, she made the perfect cake, exactly what I wanted and it was delicious also!!!

Caroline Was a lovely cake designer and maker to work with. Always happy to help and answer any questions we needed to ask. Her cake was amazing on the day and delivery was spot on. Amazing service. :)

Caroline , was so easy to deal with understood my design needs and showed me what she could do , making me feel confident in her and my choices. The cake was amazing , everyone commented on it and also the taste of her cakes were amazing we had chocolate cake and a normal sponge both where delicious.Would recommend and have her do future cakes for me or my family.

Caroline is an extremely talented and inspired cake designer and creates stunning works of art. For our wedding cake she made something very special and unique to us, replicating the little logo we designed for our invitations, duplicating the lace in my dress and hand crafting exquisite roses. It looked simply beautiful and her attention to detail is second to none. The cake tasted as wonderful as it looked and drew many compliments from our guests. I unreservedly vote for Caroline.

We found Caroline at a wedding fayre and I feel it was the luckiest day! She was so easy to talk to, took in all our ideas and helped us to keep costs down. Her cakes are amazing and I could not recommend her any more. She puts such attention to detail and makes it look effortless. My friends have booked her to make their wedding cake next year so clearly she made an impression on others too!
