What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A Wedding Cake that truly reflects the Couple, not only their favourite flavours, but also that they are represented in the design too.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
-Firstly I like to understand your plans for you Wedding, what your vision and goals are, but also to get to know you as a Couple.
-Then I ask a few questions and give you an idea of price. If you are happy with that, we book your Cake Tasting and Design Session.
-We get together for approx 90 mins, at a time convenient to you both. You taste lots of Cake, and I sketch and help you to visualise what your perfect Wedding Cake will look like.
-Then I liaise with your Suppliers e.g. Venue and Florist, so that the process is seemless for you.
-Then I create, deliver and set up your beautiful Wedding Cake for you on your Wedding Day
-I remain in touch throughout, and am on hand whenever you need me.
-Then finally it's me wishing you all the luck in the world on your Wedding Day!

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Check out the Three Tier Fondant Wedding Cake with Fresh Flowers and gold leaf in my photos.....on the reverse of the Wedding Cake was a Snowy Mountaineering scene complete with the Couple and their small Baby Climbing the snowy Mountain :)
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
My Mom taught me to bake from the age of three, and was inspired by my Neighbour who made Wedding Cakes at the time, she taught me to make sugarpaste flowers, and I knew then, that's what I wanted to do when I grew up. I had to do a few 'boring' jobs first, and launched my Business, Cake-tastic Worcestershire in 2018.
