Where do I start.... We paid for 4 tiers and received 3 wirh supplier arguing with the venue saying it was correct the morning of the wedding although we have since learned she was well aware of the error the day before. Second, the stand we hired was not what was provided. Was more of a fruit bowl than the clear glass we had paid to hire. Cake of navy blue with white flowers was most definitely not what was received. The icing was shocking and damaged in several places. The panache was almost 1 inches thick in places and just inedible. I walked into the decorated room ans broke down in tears seeing what was sat on the cake table. I could not believe what I was looking at. So far been offered the £150 refund for the missing tier but are currently waiting for this (this has only been 24 hours so time needs to be given for this to be actioned which is understandable) We also have to commend the supplier on the flavours of the cake. The cake sponge and filling itself tastes beautiful but you just cant see past the thick ganache and general overall product for the hefty price we paid. from the moment I got in touch I knew I hade made the right choice! My desire was for something a little different for my steampunk wedding and I was not disappointed!! Our cake not only looked amazing but it tasted incredible and our guests were very impressed. would highly recommend Butterfly Creations Cake Studio 5 stars is not enough!!
