At Brown's cakes we take time to plan and design your wedding cake with you. We can adjust and alter designs down to the smallest detail. Our cakes are stunning and also delicious with all our cakes being made by us on the premesis so that we can guarantee a homebaked flavour. Our most usual flavour combinations for wedding cakes are: vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, lemon sponge cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream ,rich chocolate sponge and vanilla buttercream, rich chocolate sponge and Irish Cream (contains alcohol), Champagne sponge and strawberry jam (contains alcohol), or Fruit cake with marzipan (contains alcohol).
