These guys are amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough! Firstly our wedding cake was just STUNNING! We were truly blown away as I think were all the other guests. Honestly it was just spectacular and no words really can cover quite how special it was. Secondly the flavours that these guys offer...there are so many yummy combinations that it makes for very difficult choosing, but the ones that we did choose, were fresh, scrumptious and incredibly enjoyable. I also have to just comment on the sugar flowers, they were incredible!! So many guests thought they were real, these guys are SO talented!! You almost don’t want to cut into a cake made by Blossom Tree as it’s literally a work of art!

Words can barely describe how happy we are that myself and my husband chose to use Blossom Tree Cake Company for our wedding cake. If you are looking for a true, absolutely stunning work of art for your big day, we cannot recommend Kean and Stephen enough. Correspondence was polite, friendly and professional. The tasting we were invited to was fantastic, and we gladly shared the flavours we tried with our family and friends, who were blown away by the quality of the cake. On the day, our cake was delivered on time, and everyone who saw it couldn’t believe how incredible it looked. Even the venue staff who must see hundreds of cakes a year were very impressed by the sugar work and precise perfection! Everyone wanted a photo! It was also super tasty and the portions were very quickly snapped up by our guests! All we can say is thank you, again, Kean and Stephen for making us the wedding cake of our dreams.

Our wedding day was amazing and the cake was just insane - better than I ever imagined it to look!! It got so many comments and people wanting to take pictures. It was simply stunning and the intricacy of the flowers blew my mind. You are so incredibly talented and I’m glad I got to showcase that at our wedding.

Kean and Stephen made all of our wedding cake dreams a reality with the most phenomenal creation, both aesthetically and to taste. We were invited to Kean and Stephen’s beautiful home to see where the cakes are made and sample potential flavours. Beyond the consultation, all communications were quick and thorough - making us feel at ease and in safe hands leading up to the wedding. Kean and Stephen are an awesome team, both perfectionists, meaning the design and execution was completed with the highest attention to detail (especially important with an engineer husband!) - we had no doubt our cake was going to be exceptional and when we saw it on the day we could not believe how incredible it looked and tasted. The exquisite sugar flowers were unlike anything I have ever seen before and they tied in so well with our wedding flowers. We are very lucky to have had our cake designed and made by the lovely Kean and Stephen, and could not recommend more if you are looking for your wedding cake. Thank you Kean and Stephen!!

We just wanted to drop you an email to say a HUGE thank you for your beautiful and delicious cake. It was one of our highlights from our special day and you really made my drawing come to life, and improved it leaps and bounds. I only wish cake had a longer life span so we could still enjoy the delicious sponge today. Honestly it was the best cake I’ve ever seen and eaten, but then again I am biased. We haven’t received the full amount of photos yet but here are a couple of previews from our talented photographer that we would like to share with you. Kean and Stephen created our dream wedding cake for our special day, and were a pleasure to work with – from start to finish. I requested a design which was very different from traditional cake styles, and the final product which Kean crafted was beyond my expectations. He is a master of his trade, and he executes the most exquisite cakes with precision and finesse. His baked goods are aesthetically flawless, and we had so many compliments from guests who were bowled over by the final design. His cakes also taste as good as they look, as we opted for Matcha and Elderflower & Blackcurrant tiers. It was also such an enjoyable occasion, trying Kean’s different flavours during the consultation. He has a wide range of both innovative and classic flavours to satisfy any person’s palette, and every cake slice we tasted was perfectly balanced and moist. During the taster session, it was wonderful to see his designs to get a sense of what the final product would look like, but also to see his kitchen, which was absolutely immaculate. It is clear that Kean has incredibly high standards when it comes to all aspects of cake making. Also, Stephen is an equally integral part of the team and is an unsung hero. He continually goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service, and he is very detail orientated, so I felt completely confident leaving all the logistics in his hands. Stephen is also incredibly personable, well-mannered and helpful, so throughout, he made the whole process, relaxing and enjoyable. Stephen and Kean really are a dream team, and I can’t wait to see more of their magical creations in the future.

Wow where do we start? From the start to the end of the whole process, Kean and Stephen went above and beyond to make us the most spectacular wedding cake which was beautiful. The flavours they can offer are creative and imaginative, with lots of ingredients grown on site. All of guests commented on how delicious it was and we can’t wait to keep eating it with our top tier in the freezer. Their customer service to beyond 5 stars and the craftsmanship of the edible flowers is just stunning - to the point where guests thought they were real flowers and a bee tried to go inside the rose.
