Prep. Get everything booked in advance, try a couple of bits and know EXACTLY what you want.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Firstly I'll book in a phone consultation, to make sure we're a great match. I like to talk through the process here and understand what you would like to get from me. Next a cake tasting, I'll send you a link to book some of your favourite flavours and date that works for us, this will be based at my studio in the New Forest. The cake tasting will roughly last 1-2 hours. We go through each cake and work out what you like and dislike, have a sketch up of some rough designs, work through a florist and gather the perfect stems and sign a contract. From there, I take a 50% non refundable deposit, and the rest is due the Tuesday prior to the event.
