Here at Bella's making a great tasting cake is our primary goal. Topped off with a lovely looking cake which is the cherry on top!

Don’t forget what’s important. Wedding planning can be stressful but if you find yourself getting too caught up in it all, take a step back and remind yourself what your wedding is really about – you marrying the love of your life!

Most recently I was at a family wedding and the groom surprised the bride with there dog at the venue after the ceremony. It was super sweet!

For wedding cake orders when you get in touch. I always like to ask first if you have a design in mind, colours, flavours, and how many people you would like the cake for. From here I can work on the design/sketch of the wedding cake and also have images that might also help with the designing of the cake. After this I can give a quote for the cake and delivery. I then send out a wedding cake tasting box followed by an invoice for the 25% deposit for the wedding cake.

I love making scones. I know they aren't a cake, but wild blueberry scones are a favourite for me and my family.

I once made a wedding cake that was movie theatre themed and the top tier was a movie popcorn container and the popcorn inside this made out of marshmallows as the bride and groom didn't like popcorn.

Though university I worked in a bakery. Then after moving to Scotland from the USA I started making celebration cakes for friends, which then turned into wedding cakes.

I think it might have to be a classic French fruit tart. Buttery pastry, a creamy crême pâtissière, and heaps of fresh fruit.
