CAKE & FAVOURS | Whether it is a cake, or a collection of treats you are looking for, I offer a range of products from cake to cupcakes, cookie favours & personalised cookie place settings.
TASTE AS GREAT AS IT LOOKS | You are investing in a luxury product & therefore the quality of the cake & its flavour is as important as the design. Therefore, everything I create is baked fresh to order, using quality, fresh ingredients & real flavours. I have worked hard on my recipes & offer a variety of delicious flavours, to offer you a menu that caters from the classic to the playfully indulgent.
LONDON, SURREY & BEYOND | Based in Wimbledon, I cover central London, Surrey & the surrounding counties. I personally deliver your cake & spend time on-site not just setting up but also styling, to ensure your cake is shown at its best.
LAST MINUTE? | Whilst popular dates through the year tend to be booked well in advance, I often have couples approach me with short timeframes, many of whom I find a way to accommodate - so please do not hesitate to ask - better to check as you never know!

What is your signature cake?
I like to think I have two signature styles - Floral & Contemporary!
I absolutely adore working with fresh florals. My signature floral designs are as much floristry as they are cake design - abundant beautiful blooms adding showstopping details against the backdrop of your cake. From tight precise floral elegance all the way to soft flowing natural foliage cascades.
Then there is my Contemporary alter ego! Not a fresh floral in sight, but artistic structural pieces that fool the eye, with hand made details using various mediums to create truly unique edible works of art.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
All of my creations are original - I never make the same design twice. Each cake is designed to compliment you & your day - I take inspiration from all of your details, from the colour scheme to fabric textures, florals, decor, venue styling etc and love to ensure that there are personal details that reflect you as a couple.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
Lots of cake makers focus only on celebration cakes as they see weddings as a stress. For me it is the opposite. I have always loved weddings - the outfits, the florals, the details, the magic. Having been to a hefty number of weddings in my time as a guest, I cannot describe to you the feeling you get when you actually get to work behind the scenes on the biggest day of a couple's life - working alongside all the other talented suppliers bringing their vision to life in the early hours of the day before the magic happens. It is such a privilege & there is no experience quite like it.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Fun fact, I actually got through a few rounds of the Bake Off interviews a couple of years ago! However I wouldn't have ever been successful as my creations are more like works of edible art - some details can take hours to create and that's before I would even start on the baking! So scrambling something together in a few hours is definitely not for me! I like to take my time to make sure each element is done to perfection :-)
