Start: Phone or message about cake to discuss style, size, budget, date.
Early: Arrange tasting if required.
Then: Reserve date and/or choose design and Pay deposit
Arrange time to design later if not ready
Earlier/3 months before wedding: Choose/finalise design
1-2 months before: Last check, arrange any additional items
Final payment one month before wedding 1 month: agree delivery timings
On the day: Deliver and set up cake at venue
What is your signature cake?
Our signature is that we make a cake to suit your wedding, the right cake for the right setting and taste of the couple.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
We made a wedding cake for a couple who met as cast members of a west end musical and covered it in icing sheet music copied from the orchestra score of the musical
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
Learnt as a child, about cakes from family member who made wedding cakes. Have since made thousands of cakes over the last 15 years in business.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Would have to be something with garlands if fresh flowers to showcase our different flavours, like strawberry and champagne, orange, mango & raspberry, chocolate Oreo and caramel cappuccino....
