My wonderful cousin got married in Russia and my word what an experience! Sat on a dentist chair at 6pm with Russian vodka been funnelled into your mouth by your elderly Auntie is definitely not something you forget in a hurry!

The fact that it all started from a young girl obsessed with chocolate and has now grown into a functioning business that allows me to make customers happy with my bakes.

Plan ahead but keep calm, there is always options and everything is always fixable
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Each couple will receive a unique service when booking with Bakes by Olivia. From intimate cake tastings to hand delivery of the cake, my aim is to give my lovely couples the easiest and most enjoyable experience possible. I absolutely adore weddings and believe they should be as stress free as possible for the couple so will go out of my way to ensure the cake process is as stress free as possible.
What is your signature cake?
It's a toss up between my raved about chocolate + salted caramel cake or forever a classic my carrot cake.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
My Marie Antoinette inspired vintage piped wedding cake with the addition of the most beautiful edible roses.
