A quick chat to discuss initial requirements and a guide price, then if it's all sounding good we get to the best bit- eating cake!!! And a more in depth chat about your day, colours and design ideas that are unique to you as a couple. A rough sketch during the cake tasting and consultation followed by a quotation emailed after with a 2 week grace period to confirm booking. If you go ahead then the cost of your taster and consultation is deducted from the final total, win win.
People LOVE my Vanilla Bean & Passionfruit, it's a firm favourite for weddings with a scrumptious Italian meringue buttercream which is light and not as sweet as traditional buttercream.

After traveling around Europe and North America, discovering incredible bakeries along the way, I embarked on a Bakery Course. After receiving my Level 3 Diploma I moved to London to work in the top bakeries there and loved the buzz of creating showstopping cakes that taste amazing. When I moved back to Leicestershire to set up my own bakery, the enquiries cake in thick and fast and I'm loving bringing London standard cakes to the local area.
