What is your most memorable wedding?
It would have to be my best friends, i loved her colour scheme, dusty blue and shades of purple, just a dream to work with creatively. I made her beautiful favor biscuits and a 2 tier cake.

Get organised! Book your favorite suppliers well in advance to avoid dissapointment

One of my friends had a personalised neon sign saying their new married name, it was pretty cool!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
after initial consultation i would take deposit to secure the date. I then make up sample boxes free of charge to help my couples make a decision on final designs. Once this is done there isnt much to do until nearer the wedding date. Final balances along with final numbers and details ae due 2 weeks prior. Im always here for any questions inbetween if im needed though

I once had a couple request dog shaped wedding favors!
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have baked my whole life! I started my business doing sugar cookies and it grew from there. Once id started doing cakes, wedding cake enquiries naturally started to come in
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Depends what week it is lol
