Artistry in Sugar Sue O’Callaghan loves a challenge!  Sue lives and works in Somerset, from the picturesque village of Mells and has an impressive 40 years of experience. Her wedding cakes are designed, with individual attention, to give each couple a spectacular cake to enhance their very special day. Anything is possible and Sue’s creations range from the traditional to the simply stunning. Intricately detailed models are a particular speciality. These include sugar flowers which can be styled from flowers carried in the bouquet. Other decorations can also be added to your cake such as models of houses, castles, pets or even hobbies. Sue bakes a variety of cakes such as her rich fruitcake and/or one, two or three tiered, freshly made sponge cakes. maybe you would like to try a different flavour for each tier?
