• After your initial enquiry, we may arrange a short consultation (WhatsApp or in person) to understand your needs and recommend suitable services.
• You will then receive a detailed invoice with all agreed services and timings. A £100 deposit secures your wedding date, and the invoice with payment confirms your booking.
• Bridal trials usually take place at Nottingham salon on weekdays and allow us to refine your full look. A further £100 is requested after the trial, both payments are deducted from the final balance.
• Final details are confirmed around two weeks before the wedding, with the remaining balance due 1–2 weeks prior.
• On the day, we arrive fully prepared and ensure a calm, organised and stress-free wedding morning.

Popular wedding dates are often booked well in advance, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible.

Smaller adjustments, such as minor changes to services or the number of people, can usually be made closer to the wedding and are confirmed during the final review.

Larger changes should ideally be discussed at least 2 months in advance, as they may affect scheduling and team arrangements.

If your wedding date changes, we will do our best to accommodate this, but availability cannot be guaranteed. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
