That only we are REPs level 4 personal trainers in strength & conditioning, Cardiac rehab and low back management, we are also sports coaches in football, running (U.K. Athletics) and triathlon (Britsh triathlon).
Plus we are sports nutrition qualified, so we can offer the best possible advice as you can't train on a bad diet!
