Make-up when applied properly need never look obvious or heavy, a professional make-up artist will know how to accentuate your best features with as little or as much make-up as you feel confident with.
Remember you will be photographed on this day more than any other day in your life, and want to look amazing for your photos yet feel comfortable in the natural light.
Booking a make-up trial
Before your wedding day it is advisable to have a make-up trial first. This should take place about 2 months before your big day, although if you wish to have a trial sooner than this, then that’s fine with me too.
By this time, you should have some idea of how you will be wearing your hair, what accessories you have and the style of your dress. This will determine what shades, colour and style of make-up we are going to use.
I will apply your make-up to see how you will look on the day itself, and to check if you are sensitive to any products. Any changes will be made until you are 100% happy.
Everything will be documented, so that on the day there is no stress or confusion to the final look, so you can just sit back and relax.
The wedding day
On the day of the wedding I will arrive at the designated venue in plenty of time, ready to re-create the make-up decided at the trial.
The make-up will be applied to last all day, however I will provide a small pot with your chosen lipstick for any touch ups during the day .
