Spotlight Make Up

I had a really great experience working with Claire for my wedding makeup. She was professional, warm, friendly, and very easy to work with. I usually do my own makeup and had a pretty clear idea of what I liked, so it was important to me that my makeup still felt like me. Claire listened to what I wanted and worked with me rather than trying to push me toward a different style. I was looking for soft glam for the wedding, and Claire understood exactly what I was going for. She was also flexible when arranging my trial and helped with recommending other local stylists, which was really helpful since I was planning the wedding from abroad. On the wedding day, Claire arrived with everything she needed and worked easily in a fairly small room at the castle and I appreciate her lugging all of it up A LOT of medieval castle stairs! She was calm and easy to have around while everything else was happening, which made the morning feel relaxed. I was really happy with how my makeup turned out. It looked striking but not over done, photographed beautifully, and lasted throughout the entire day. Most importantly, I still felt like myself, which was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone looking for a makeup artist for their wedding. I can see why even the celebs choose her to do their makeup! I feel very lucky to have had her help on my wedding day.
