Every single wedding is memorable. I take care of every single one of my brides, from the trial to their special day!
Elegant, classic, red carpet looks. Natural make-up and relaxed up-dos.
I am proud that I am attentive to every single one of my brides and that I've worked in this exciting industry over 20 years. I have a wealth of experience within Weddings and Events, TV, Film, Theatre, Education, Fashion.
Drink plenty of water to keep skin hydrated, and go for a facial 6 weeks before your wedding day. Start to exfoliate at least twice a week to reduce any dry or oily patches, as the most common skin type is combination skin.
Signature Drinks- Favourite cocktails served as the bride and grooms signature drink. The bride made her favourite drink from her days at college, and the groom made the drink he had during their first date.
My typical process is to ask the bride to be to send over an image of how she usually wears her make-up and styles her hair. This gives me a sense of how she likes to look. I then get her to send over 2-3 hair and or makeup images of looks she likes before the trial. At the trial we try out a few looks. I take pictures step by step at the trial and afterwards send them to the bride. The next stage is to confirm the details of her wedding day, and any additional bridal party members who need their makeup and or hair styling.
I love getting to know my brides really well, and it's really important to me, that they feel that they can trust me, and be open with me about their vision for their wedding look.
Have a touch up kit on hand for later in the day. Professional make-up will last all day and evening , however a loose powder, blusher and a lipstick, tinted balm or gloss, are essential to keep your look fresh.
I always pay compliments to my brides to keep them at ease, and advice them to take deep breaths. This is probably the most fast-acting and effective way to calm pre-aisle jitters
Take a touch up bag with them; some powder, lip product, blush, hair grips.
