That would be my first! I was so nervous! I Didn't get any pictures and the bride looked tottaly amazing, I was so proud of the job I had done but I tottaly forgot to record the moment🤗
I guess the thing i am most proud of is that i started with nothing financially and had to go to college at the age of 34 when a course was available in my area. I worked hard for 2 years on full time courses, gaining my qualifications whilst bringing up my 3 children and looking after my disabled husband! It was hard work but so worth a career I now adore!! 😘
Budget it usually the first thing to think of Unless your lucky enough, not to have to stick to a budget😉 get your girlfriends shopping, on a budget of course! Finding the best option for your budget is time consuming so get your besties on a mission, after all every girl loves a bargain x
Trial runs are there to help the bride and the artist understand the requirements for the bride and bridal party for the big day. Trying out a make up and hairstyle before hand means there are no suprises on the day. A detailed record will be kept by the artist to ensure a smooth process on the day. On the day the artist/s will ensure that the bride is calm and ready for the big day ahead.
The thing I love most about my job is watching the bride when she looks in the mirror, seeing that smile that lights up a room! There is nothing more beautiful than a glowing bride about to announce her love for someone in front of family and friends. Knowing I was a part of helping that bride look and feel amazing on her big day! That's what I love😍
Look after your skin! Water, sleep, moisturise, no more that 15 min of sun on your face per day to keep the wrinkles at bay xx
I find that just arriving at a brides venue seems to have that affect, once Lashes to Lockes arrive, I think brides understand that there is nothing else to do but relax and enjoy the day ahead. Once our job is done it's dress on and walk down the isle!
Give Lashes to Lockes a call girls😘
