Peter Maud becomes L’Oréal Educational Centre of excellence for Northern Ireland, Peter’s previous training and experience of working as an art director in Sydney, led to his belief that each salon visit is not just about receiving a good haircut, it is about the training and education that hairdressers receive and the service the client receives for the whole time that they are in the salon. This belief in training and education was recognized and rewarded by L’Oréal Professional when they asked Peter to become the L’Oréal Educational Centre of Excellence for Northern Ireland. Peter and his salon now hold many of the L’Oréal training courses and seminars which takes place in Northern Ireland and regularly has hairdressing icons such as Trevor Sorbie and Guy Kremer in the salon among many others hosting. Established 14 years ago, the L’Oréal Portfolio of Artistic Hairdressers is an exclusive group of British Hairdressers who have been recognized for their creativity, experience and expertise in the field of professional hairdressing. I had an appointment for a blow dry for my daughter , it was a treat for her before starting 1st year in big school. Katie was really lovely. We were late for our appointment (due to work) which they didn’t have to accommodate but they did and we were very grateful! Very friendly & professional staff. I have been here a couple of times myself for blow drys and would highly recommend! Xxx

Absolutely loved my haircut

Highly recommend Peter Maud Salon and in particular my hairdresser Katie. Salon is lovely and Katie is friendly, helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable . I have had two treatments, cut and colours and both times have noticed that my colour lasts longer than usual. Absolutely loved my haircut, felt that she listened really well to what I wanted to achieve and my hair was very easy to style at home.

Super happy with the outcome

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Katie and she did a wonderful job! I had a trim and layers put in to take alot of weight off. Katie was very thorough and professional throughout my appointment. Super happy with the outcome and the head massage during my hair wash fab! Cant reccomend enough 🙂

Great people! Excellent service!! I would highly recommend to all my friends! I’m so glad I went there and definitely will be coming back! I was with Lisa with her I felt great and I’m over the moon thanks to her. She is extremely professional and understood my needs also she was good in explaining everything and she even suggested what would suit me best. Thanks to her I am willing to try something different.
