I am known in the industry for giving brides that special ‘bridal glow’ and take particular care in skin preparation, using beautiful quality products. I also love to give my brides and their bridal party special touches to their day, with a mini bottle of Prosecco, a touch up kit, hydrating sheet masks and even a wedding music playlist! FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

I had a very memorable autumn wedding, that was medieval themed! Whilst the bride and bridal party were getting married, downstairs a string band played medieval music!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Glam, boho, soft glam, pretty, memorable

What about your business are you most proud of?

Moving from home, Building from scratch in an area without friends and family to help spread the word.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Have the day exactly how you both want it, accommodate your guests, but don’t feel the need to do things just to keep everyone else happy!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A ladder filled with photos of loved ones that were no longer with the couple.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Telephone conversation or E-mail with the bride to find out the date, location and number in the bridal party. Deposit taken to secure date, contract signed, request for any photos/looks for the bride and bridal party, trial then booked within 30 days (deposit can be returned within 30 days) Photos and videos taken on the trial. Contact 2 weeks before wedding date, request for final balance, and finally, me at the door on your big day!

What do you love most about your job?

That the wedding day is all about love, friendships, family and happiness.

What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?

Be sure to drink plenty of water 2 weeks before the wedding until the big day, have eyebrows shaped/waxed/tidied before the big day and finally, hydrate the skin with a hydrating sheet mask the night before the wedding day.

How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?

I start with a relaxing skin preparation which includes lavender toner and lavender sheet mask. I let the bride take everything at her own pace and leave plenty of time so nothing feels rushed.

What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?

If the skin starts to look oily, carry blotting papers to blot away the oil and then dust over a small amount of translucent powder, if you don’t have blotting paper you can tear a piece of tissue paper in half till you get a really thin layer and use that to blot away any excess oil. Before touching up lipstick apply a thin layer of lip balm to stop lips cracking.
