What is your most memorable wedding?
A British meets Asian wedding at Froyle Park! The bride and groom began their day with a traditional Asian wedding which had loud drums beating away as the groom made his entrance onto the property, I have never seen anything like it. It was an incredible experience to be part of as we all watched from the bridal suite. The couple then had a traditional British celebration later in the day touching on both of their beliefs and honouring both sides of the family. It was a magical morning.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
To put your phones down during the getting ready process, take in everything that is happening around you with your loved ones. The morning goes so much quicker than you realise that it is important to be present in the moment and take it all in.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
All communications are handled via email, we would discuss availability for the wedding date initially, where I am free to accommodate the wedding we would make arrangements for a trial to take place 8-12 weeks before the wedding day which would be secured with a non refundable retailer fee of the wedding booking which is deducted off the wedding balance.
On the day of the trial we would discuss the brides current skincare routine which can impact the application and result of the makeup making recommendations and potential adjustments where necessary. We would discuss whether the bride had an inspirational picture they would like to incorporate into their makeup, the colour of the flowers and dresses so the makeup would compliment all the details. Upon completion of the trial and final payment of the wedding day I am available to the bride at any time if they have any questions.
What do you love most about your job?
Being part of a morning which is so special for the bride and her loved ones, watching all the laughter and hearing the jokes and seeing the memories being made. It gives me goosebumps that I have been chosen to be part of such a wonderful occasion, I feel very humbled and honoured to be a small piece of such a wonderful day.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Exfoliate once a week and cleanse morning and night! Get a great skincare routine in place months ahead of your wedding and stick to it consistently, your skin and makeup will thank you for it!
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I have been told by many people that being in my presence brings a sense of calm, I always check that the bride is OK and feels relaxed reminding her to enjoy every moment of the morning getting ready. I have a very tuned intuition so can sense when someone needs calming, emotional support, a moment of silence or to talk out their nerves.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
If you feel a little oil is developing on the skin or it is starting to look shiny take a tissue and peel it do you only have 1 ply Sheet then gently dab it on your face to soak up the oils.
