Nicola Hodgkinson Weddings

Nikki was our hair and MUA for our wedding last weekend and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She was very efficient and friendly, and put us all at ease. She definitely helped ease the stress of the wedding morning. We all loved our looks and received lots of lovely compliments thank you Nikki!

I just wanted to write and thank you for my hair and make up for our wedding in July. The morning was a bit chaotic but you absolutely brought a calming presence and helped me completely relax into it. The look was just what I had imagined and was a perfect balance of something special for the day but nothing too overwhelming for someone who doesnt wear a huge amount of make up. I felt great all day and despite it being one of the hottest days in the UK ever (!) the hair and make up lasted

Nikki was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. From start to finish her communication was excellent and I was delighted with my hair and make up for our wedding day. The trial was great, I came with a few photos of what I'd like to hair to be and Nikki created a perfect style that I loved. For make up, I typically only wear a small amount and was conscious that I still wanted to look like me and wow, Nikki delivered.

Thank you so much for your incredible work you did on my wedding day, you made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable and we all loved our hair and makeup! I booked Nikki for myself and bridal party for May 2024. In total there were 5 of us to do on the morning of the wedding. From the second we met, throughout my trial and then on the day she was amazing! I went to my trial with a few ideas and came away with exactly what I was looking for and feeling fabulous. I know how much make up needs to be put on to make it come accross well in photos but really wanted a natural look, Nikki hit this brief perfectly.

Nicola did my wedding hair and make up, along with hair and make up for my 4 bridesmaids, my mum and also my mother in law! Nicola was very professional and friendly and I absolutely loved how it all looked on the day! I highly recommend!

Nicola did my bridal makeup and hair as well as 2 bridesmaids and a mother of the bride. She made the whole morning stress free from start to finish. Had plenty of time to get pictures and complete finishing touches. Everyone’s hair stayed in the whole day with no issues. Great service and such a lovely person. Nicola styled hair for myself, my bridesmaids and my mum and our wedding in May. She was so friendly and helpful throughout, and made everyone feel really comfortable and able to ask for what they wanted. She was also incredibly efficient and everyone was ready with plenty of time! She also managed to make my hair look even better than I had described, and made sure my hair accessories were comfortable and secure. I would absolutely recommend.

I cannot recommend Nikki enough, she did the hair and make up for all 3 of my bridesmaids and myself, and my mum’s hair with plenty of time to spare. She was punctual, friendly and professional and the hair and make up looked fantastic! It lasted all day and so many people commented on how great it looked. Thank you so much!
