I’m Molly, the makeup artist behind Mollywood Beauty — a luxury bridal makeup service offering modern, radiant and timeless glam for brides across the UK and internationally. With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialise in creating flawless, glowing and long-lasting makeup that enhances your natural beauty and makes you feel like the most elevated version of yourself on your wedding day.
As a solo artist, every bride works directly with me from the very first message through to the final touch-up on the morning of the wedding. I don’t pass you between team members — you receive my full attention, my experience and my signature style throughout the entire process. I truly care about your vision, your comfort and making the whole experience seamless, calm and enjoyable.
My style is all about effortless luminosity: soft, modern glam that photographs beautifully in every lighting situation and wears comfortably from “I do” to the final dance. I use advanced, high-performance skin prep and luxury products to ensure your makeup feels weightless, looks flawless and lasts all day and night. Every look is tailored individually — whether you prefer natural elegance or a more defined finish — with a cohesive aesthetic across your bridal party.
One of the things my brides appreciate most is the atmosphere I bring to the wedding morning. I’m calm, organised and supportive, keeping the schedule running smoothly while making sure you feel relaxed and excited for the day ahead. My aim is to create a little pocket of luxury within the busyness of the morning — a moment for you to breathe, be pampered and step into your day feeling confident and beautiful.
I travel nationally and internationally for weddings, offering on-location services wherever your love story takes you. From countryside venues and city hotels to destination weddings abroad, I bring a fully equipped professional kit, expert knowledge and the Mollywood Beauty experience directly to you.

What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding I’ll always remember was the one where the entire bridal party sang their favourite songs during glam — full harmonies, hands in the air, zero nerves. It set the tone for the most joyful morning. When I finished the bride’s makeup and she saw herself for the first time, she burst into happy tears and shouted, “THIS IS MY DREAM FACE!” We all cried, obviously. Pure magic.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I’m most proud that I’ve built Mollywood Beauty completely on my own — from the ground up — through passion, resilience and genuine love for what I do. Every bride who sits in my chair chooses me, trusts me, and shares one of the biggest mornings of their life with me. That will never stop feeling special.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My number one tip is to slow down and enjoy the process. It’s so easy to get caught up in timelines, trends and to-do lists, but the magic is in the moments — choosing details together, imagining the day, and building something that feels like you. Let it be fun, not stressful.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One couple displayed their old messages and photos in a timeline at the venue — from the first date to the engagement. It was intimate, romantic and had guests stopping to read everything all night.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
So the first point of contact is normally an email and then a phone call, I then email over a quote with everything I can offer the couple including Makeup along with any other treatments required
Then a trial or initial treatments take place where both myself and the client sign the contract and a deposit is paid for the wedding day
Then any further treatments take place
The Wedding Day arrives, I always turn up, up to 30 minutes early to set up, with extra time allowed for anything that may occur on the day
Then at a time decided in the contract I pack up and leave, this might be once the makeup is done, or when the bride leaves for the ceremony, or at other stages throughout the day!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the moment a bride looks in the mirror and truly feels beautiful. Seeing her whole energy shift — the smile, the excitement, the confidence — that will never get old.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
My number one tip for brides? Start preparing from the moment you get engaged.
The earlier we begin, the better your results will be. Waxing usually needs at least three appointments to achieve that smooth, refined finish — and over time the regrowth becomes softer and lighter. Brows are the same; if we’re doing a re-growth or reshaping programme, it takes time to perfect them.
Lashes come in so many styles, so giving yourself room to explore what feels most “you” is essential. And when it comes to makeup, sometimes you need a second trial to try that one look you can’t stop thinking about — having time on your side makes all the difference.

How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
Calmness is a huge part of the Mollywood Beauty experience. I use soothing, luxury skin prep, a gentle pace, and a warm, grounding presence to help my brides relax. While everyone else is buzzing around, your time in my chair becomes peaceful, intentional and focused entirely on you. I manage the schedule, keep things flowing and make sure you feel looked after from the minute I arrive to the final touch-up before you walk down the aisle.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
My biggest advice is to focus on smart touch-ups, not redoing anything. Keep a pressed powder, your lipstick shade and a few cotton buds in your bag (or with a bridesmaid). Blot rather than wipe, sip rather than gulp, and avoid touching your face throughout the day. Your makeup is designed to last — these tiny steps just keep everything fresh and flawless.
