I really cannot speak highly enough of Melissa and the ladies who did mine and my 5 bridesmaids hair and make up on the day of my wedding. The experience from the beginning with my hair trial to the final day was seamless, and everything was so considered. Mel was open to all my suggestions and allowed me to trial a few different hair looks, resulting in me picking something I would have never tried. Each of my bridesmaids were so pleased with their finished looks, and one of the girls even booking Mel herself off the back of her experience. Thank you so much Mel honestly, I adored my hair and make up <3 I will be recommended Mel to everyone and anyone!

She made me feel so comfortable from the second I met her, and worked tirelessly and patiently to help me have the hair and make up I wanted for my wedding day :) The trial was great, and afterwards I knew I had made a great decision in booking Melissa. She was such a calming presence on my wedding day, and really helped to ground me when I was feeling nervous. She went out of her way to help me with every little thing and gave me the most amazing princess hair and natural, glowy make-up.

Melissa was such a pleasure to work with. The trial was very relaxed and she helped me pick the perfect shade of lipstick - something I hadn't be able to do by myself! She was patient and knowledgeable, she had a few tricks to help my eyes depuff! On the day itself, Melissa was great; she did my makeup exactly as we discussed on the trial and then did my 2 bridesmaids. It was great not to have to worry about my make up at all. I couldn’t recommend Melissa more highly. As soon as I met her for the trial I felt so comfortable and at ease, despite not being someone that knows anything about hair or make up or what I wanted. I loved the trial, she was organised throughout the months of planning, she was supportive and on hand when I worried I was changing my mind on what I wanted close to the day, and just did a fantastic job on the day itself too. She really made me feel calm on the day, and she’s brilliant at her job!

I cannot recommend Mel highly enough. She is pure magic with make up and a hair brush! She helped me achieve the boho style I wanted with my hair and my make up. We tried various styles before settling on my chosen hair style. The make up was flawless and I didn’t even need touch ups. I had so many compliments. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and professional.

Melissa is absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending her! Mel and her team were the hair and make up artists for one of my brides. They provided hair and make up for the bride, 4 bridesmaids and the mother of the bride, Mel also came back in the evening to do a touch up service. The girls looked beautiful, hair and make up stayed in place all day, they worked to a pre-planned schedule, keeping the wedding morning running on time and were a pleasure to have around. I would certainly recommend to future clients.

I found Melissa through Bridebook and arranged a trial shortly after. Melissa is extremely talented with hair and make up which is quite a rare find. Melissa was really personable and was particularly patient with me when I was indecisive about my hairstyle! On my wedding day, Melissa's calming nature kept me at ease and my hair and make up were absolutely gorgeous. I have very thick hair which can be challenging and it stayed in the style that she created all day. I would highly recommend Melissa to any bride, she is fantastic!
