Makeup by Kayleigh

Having received a phone call the night before my wedding (2days before Christmas) from my hair and makeup artist to say she had Norovirus, Kayleigh came to my rescue! I had not met Kayleigh until the morning of my wedding but she was unbelievably calm. She was faced with having to do hair & makeup for three bridesmaids and myself amongst a rather hectic morning involving 4 very excited children and one poor bridesmaid who was also ill. She had received photos of my make up trial but we talked through tweaks. Not normally a wearer of a lot of make up, Kayleigh took on board what I said and did the perfect make up. It was better than my make up trial, I loved it! And how she was able to put my bridesmaid’s hair into an updo when it was quite short anyway was amazing. All my ladies looked so beautiful with elegant updos and really natural makeup. Kayleigh was professional, knew exactly the look I was going for and really helped to calm me down. What started as a nightmare with my original makeup lady falling ill turned into an unplanned dream. I would highly recommend Kayleigh!

After trawling through countless bridal make up websites I came across Make up by Kayleigh and was drawn to how beautiful all the brides looked in her gallery, fresh and natural without looking like they were caked in make up. I booked and met Kayleigh a couple of months before my wedding with my two bridesmaids for a trial, which confirmed I had definitely made the right decision! Kayleigh was patient and continued making changes until I was 100% happy with my look. On the wedding day itself I had endless compliments on my make up, which is all down to Kayleigh. I'd definitely use her services again for future events, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to future brides. Thanks again Kayleigh.

I had Kayleigh do my wedding hair and makeup and my bridesmaid hair and makeup she was amazing the whole way through, I could not have asked for any better, she was so understanding to what we all wanted and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed on my big day. 10/10 for Kayleigh for doing both my hair and make up on my wedding day... As she knows full well I was pretty anxious after having 2 hair trials and 2 make up trials before hand that were a nightmare! Kayleigh, unlike others, listened to what I wanted to the smallest detail and really made me feel as relaxed as possible on my wedding morning. I love the overall look she gave me and it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind!! From the moment Kayleigh arrived and started unpacking all of her lovely make up products I knew I was in safe hands. I had a makeup trial for my wedding day and loved it straight away. On the big day Kayleigh transformed me but managed to keep my make up quite natural, just as I’d wanted. My mum and bridesmaid both looked gorgeous too and were so pleased with their makeup. I’m now trying to think of another occasion where I could get Kayleigh to work her magic again! Thank you for all of your help and advice and for making me feel beautiful!
