Easier said than done but try not to get stressed and enjoy every moment. After getting married I missed the ‘nice’ feeling I had when I was wedding planning and wished I could have enjoyed the planning more.
We have a chat over email or the phone. Once happy and if the bride would like to go ahead and book with me I ask for a £20 deposit which comes off the cost of the trial. We arrange a trial around 6-8 weeks before the wedding but if the bride would like a trial sooner then that’s no problem. At the trial we discuss the brides needs and then get her makeup exactly how she likes it so that on the wedding day she feels confident with how she is going to look.
I love a lot of things about my job. But I think it’s a honour to be involved on the morning of the brides day as it’s not something many people are able to do.
Don’t change your cleanse, tone and moisturiser routine any later than 3 months before your wedding. This is because it takes 3 months for your skin to settle down to new products.
I stay calm. Even in the craziest of situations (which I’ve been in a few) it’s my job to stay professional and calm. If I start to panic then the people around me will panic too.
