Loxus Hair and Makeup by Maya Jasinska HMUA

Maya was a brilliant hair and makeup artist and worked well with Magda, her assistant to get me and my and my bridesmaids ready on time to get to the church. She organised the timings brilliantly giving me one less thing to think about on the day. Their arrival was prompt and they stuck to the agreed timeframes. Maya even stayed behind to ensure I got into my dress without any problems and fixed the veil into my hair. If you’re looking for a professional and down to earth hair and makeup artist, I would 100% recommend Maya, she was wonderful!

Maya and Magda did a wonderful job on our makeup for my wedding. My makeup and hair made me look absolutely stunning. Maya accomodated last minute changes to my hair in a stride. My mother-in-law and bridesmaid were also gorgeous and very happy with their hair and makeup. I can only highly recommend Maya and her team for any occasion.

Maya was amazing, very professional, very likeable personality, friendly. lovely and warm person, and she charged affordable prices. She always replied to my correspondence and any concerns that I had. Her makeup and hair skills are brillant, she knows her stuff, if you didnt like something she would change it until you where happy and satisfied with the result. She turned up on time for all her appointments with me and never cancelled any of therm, she was extremely reliable and flexible. I would highly recommend her not only for weddings but if you had an important event/party and you needed your makeup and hair done I would definitely ask her to do it.

Maya was absolutely brilliant from my initial contact with her to the wedding day. She was professional and friendly throughout. Her communication is great to. On the day she made it all look so easy. All the hairstyles she did was exactly what I wanted and they all look absolutely stunning. They stayed in all day. I had a bridesmaid with very curly hair and maya did such a wonderful job at putting it up and making sure it stays up. We all LOVED our hair. I would 100% recommend maya for your bridal hair.

Maya was so wonderful and professional through every step of the process, from re-arrganging the make up trial because of covid restrictions, to sending tips on skin care and haircare in the lead up to the wedding, she was responsive and so knowledgable. She brought her colleagues to ensure we could get everyone's make up done in time for the ceremony, and everyone looked amazing!

Found Maya by chance after postponing my wedding last year and needed another supplier. She was quick to respond and we instantly got a trial booked in for hair and makeup. Maya was friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted. On the run up to the wedding Maya confirmed everything in advance timings etc. On the day Maya and her assistant worked their magic and the whole wedding party looked gorgeous and felt relaxed throughout. Maya is professional adheres to covid requirements and is friendly.

I booked Maya for my wedding hair and makeup originally for august 2020 before changing it twice due to covid restrictions. She was absolutely amazing with these changes, and nothing was ever a problem. On my trial she showed me the difference between different styles, as i thought I wanted one thing when actually the other worked better, and this left me confident that i was in good hands. She offered good advice as to which hair accessory to choose too as I wasn't sure and I had lots of compliments on the day on both the hair and the makeup. She's super friendly and chatty and I'd wholeheartedly recommend her.

I would always recommend Loxus Hair and Make-up, Maya came really early to do not only my hair and make-up for my wedding but my maid of honours and bridesmaid as well. She did an amazing job and she was also able to cover a tattoo that I didn't want to be seen. Thank you for making me feel like a beautiful princess on my special day. You did an amazing job.
