Louisa Day Hair & Makeup

Louisa did mine and my sister’s bridal parties’ hair and make up and we couldn’t fault her. She paid so much attention to our individual styles and what mattered to us and made everyone so comfortable on the big day itself. She was so reliable and we had so much fun getting to know each other on the trial run too. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a fun, highly professional hair and MUA artist who won’t let you down and becomes a seamless part of your special day. Huge thank you again Louisa!

I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day. She did an amazing job and I absolutely loved my makeup and hair — it looked beautiful, photographed really well, and lasted all day. One thing I really appreciated was how flexible and accommodating she was. I started the day with a more natural look and later changed to a more glam style for the evening, and she adapted everything perfectly so that it still felt like me while giving the evening look a bit more drama. She also did a fantastic job on my mum and grandma’s makeup and hair — they both looked amazing and felt really comfortable and confident. She brought along a very talented assistant who did an excellent job with my bridesmaids’ makeup, and everyone was so happy with how they looked. Throughout the day she worked really well with my family and collaborated seamlessly with the videographer and photographer, which helped keep everything relaxed and running smoothly while we were getting ready. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone talented, professional, flexible, and lovely to have around on such an important day!

Louisa is absolutely amazing at her job and I felt like I was just having a chat with a best mate the whole time. She knew exactly what I meant at every step, gave suggestions where they were needed and just absolutely slayed my hair and makeup. I went in to my trial saying I wanted to look natural and minimal, only to text her a few weeks later like I changed my mind - I want MORE. And more did she give - like my original trial but amplified. I loved it. Amazing to have someone who can do hair and make-up so you don’t have to faff about with multiple people. Louisa is the ultimate girl’s girl - book her!

Louise was absolutely fantastic. Me and my sister went to the hair trial, which was so nice and relaxed and made me feel so much more comfortable and excited about getting ready for my wedding. She really listened to what we wanted and then professionally guided us in how to make this happen. On the wedding day she was early!! Always a good sign! She got me and all my sisters and mum ready in a way which was speedy but also relaxed and made people feel at ease. I was wearing traditional Asian jewellery and dupatta and she masterfully helped me put all of this on. As I had no clue what I was doing this was very impressive. It got a bit stressful, but she was so calm throughout and really guided me through. I could not recommend Louise enough, she is exactly who you want helping you get ready on your wedding day! Thank you so much!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

‘What a fantastic service from start to finish, Louisa was very professional and friendly from first point of contact and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I went for the trial and was very happy with the results, I knew as soon as I meet louisa she would be great for what i needed on my big day. We arranged a timetable for the morning of my wedding so everyone knew what time they had to be in my room to have their hair and make-up done, which ran very smoothly. Louisa arrived on time and prepared for the day, she made me feel relaxed and reassured i did not need to worry at all about anything, as we all know it can be very nerve-racking the morning of your wedding. When the photograhers arrived it got a little bit more crazy in the room, but louisa stayed calm and even posed for a few shots they asked for. My make up and hair stayed all day with no flaws even my lippy and i can never keep that on normally. I couldnt of asked for a better hair and makeup artist on my wedding day and i would highly recommend to all.
