What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
To book your venue, photographer, flowers, cake, hair and makeup as soon as possible to secure your preferred suppliers for your wedding day. Where possible try to obtain recommendations.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I was asked to hold a brides hand until she walked down the aisle, as she had sadly lost her parents and was on her own.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After the initial enquiry, we'll have a conversation about wedding makeup needs. This is followed by a pre-wedding makeup trial. We can then decide on all your requirements for your special day.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to enhance brides and grooms natural beauty to make them look and feel amazingly fabulous on their wedding day.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Skin care, a year before ensure you start to look after your skin by cleansing, toning, day cream, night cream, eye cream and exfoliating at least two or three times a week. If you have time book a facial at least once a month. However, do not have a facial two weeks prior to your wedding day.
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I've been told I have a natural ability to keep everyone calm.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
I would recommend purchasing the products including a powder, lipliner and lipstick.
