Katie-Jane Whitlock Bridal Hairstylist

Katie-Jane, is charismatic, enthusiastic and very approachable. Most importantly, she is incredibly talented. Her style is unique and in my opinion, faultless!! I am very fussy about my hair and chose to have 2 trials with her before the big day so we could work through my ideas and she managed to bring them to life. My hair decided to do what it wanted on the day, but she kept calm and made it work perfectly! She also did a fantastic job with the bridesmaids and made us all feel special!

When I first started looking for a hairstylist for my wedding I was growing out a pixie hairstyle. Katie-Jane advised me of what to do, when to have it cut and was realistic with me about how to achieve the look I was after. I had a few mini meltdowns during the growing out period and she was always on hand to advise. On the day she styled mine and my bridesmaids hair exactly as I had envisaged. She was brilliant company to have around on the morning too as she was so relaxed and down to earth.

I genuinely cannot fault Katie-Jane. I am incredibly indecisive and even on the morning of the wedding threw a curve-ball with what I wanted. Katie-Jane was not concerned at all and just listened to me ramble on before totally just getting what I wanted. I couldn't have described what she ended up doing and I'm so thrilled. She was also so personable and lovely to have around on that morning as she really helped put me at ease. I wish her every success as she truly is a star at whats she does!

Katie-Jane was amazing. Our hair looked fantastic and everyone commented on how nice it was. She was profession but very friendly and really put me at ease as I was very nervous. She understood exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, helpful and a good ear. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Katie was absolutely brilliant my hair was fantastic my hair piece was being a pain on the day and she wouldn't go until I was happy it felt right. My hair was still the same when I went to bed so I was a very happy bride

She was also incredibly kind and understanding when styling my bridesmaids, one of whom had a very sensitive scalp. She was very careful and and helped us all to feel relaxed and in good hands. Katie Jane went above and beyond to create the perfect look. I told her I wanted romantic whimsical style hair and she created stunning styles for both myself and all the bridesmaids. The hairstyles were far better than anything I could have imagined! She is a delight to be around and gave me so much brilliant advice pre wedding and on the day which helped me decide on what to go with. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Katie-Jane did a great job with making my hair beautiful for my big day. I traveled from the US and did not have time for a hair trial. I showed her a picture for an idea of what I wanted and she made that come to fruition. I could not have been more satisfied. And the best part was while doing my hair she made me feel as if I was chatting with an old friend. Would definitely recommend her!

From start to finish Katie-Jane was supportive, patient and very knowledgeable. She rescued me from a hair disaster just two weeks before my wedding day when I was let down. I was immediately put at ease at my hair trial and excited for the big day. I was so impressed with Katie-Jane's professional skills that I booked her for my bridesmaids, flower girls and m.o.b too. We were all extremely happy with the result on the day and I would love to work with her again.

Katie Jane, was an absolute dream. So professional and full of advice and ideas and really listened to what I wanted. And she was still so friendly and warm at the same time, really uplifting person to have around on the most important day of my life. Would recommend her to everyone!!!
