Karen Amelia Hair

I used Karen for my wedding after she was recommended to me and wow! I will be recommending her to all of my friends and anyone I know who is going to get married! She was so friendly, so lovely and super helpful! My hair doesn’t hold very well usually and I went for a half up half down look and even come 10pm it still looked perfect! All the bridesmaids hair looked beautiful and we all couldn’t have been happier and couldn’t have asked for anymore and we all received so many compliments.

Karen truly is the best in the business! From beginning to end, Karen was incredibly helpful, encouraging and thoughtful. She is super talented, and at my trial she completely nailed the brief for my hair and I knew I was in safe hands for my bridesmaids as well. Karen's studio is the perfect place to try out your look for the day and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. On my wedding day, it was like she was part of my bridal party party.

Karen is truly incredible. There aren't enough words to describe how brilliant her work is! Alongside her talent, patience and knowledge, Karen is the extra helping hand/ bridesmaid you need on your wedding day! Not only did Karen make myself the bride, and my beautiful mum and bridesmaids feel amazing, she also helped me get into my dress! I am so glad I found Karen for our wedding she did the hair styling for myself and two bridesmaids. From the beginning Karen was so helpful suggesting ideas and letting me know what would work well for my hair. The end result was so beautiful and my style lasted the entire day and evening. I had so many compliments throughout the day and was so happy with how it turned out. I am so glad I found Karen! After changing our wedding date for the 4th time, I had to find a new hair supplier. I came across Karen’s Instagram and loved her work so enquired. Karen was super efficient and we booked in and booked a trial really quickly. I felt instantly comfortable with Karen and was really happy following my trial. On the day, Karen was such a calming influence and worked really well with our makeup artist to make sure we were always running to time. My bridesmaids had hair that notoriously ‘doesn’t curl’ yet Karen managed to curl it and make it last all day! She also did my mum’s hair and helped her with her hat etc so that the bands of the hat were covered for which my mum was very grateful. My hair was absolutely perfect and didn’t move even a millimetre all day. I wanted it up but soft and was nervous as I usually wear my hair down, but Karen did such an excellent job making me still feel like me. I would 100% recommend Karen for any bridal party and will definitely be getting my hair done for occasions by her in the future!!

Karen was such a pleaseure throughout my whole wedding experience. She really listened to what I wanted and brought my style to life! The hair stayed in all day and I felt amazing. Would highly recommend her. Thank you for such a lovely experience!
