My favorite part of Lourdgene as a makeup artist is that she will take care of you. She will not leave you early or all alone. Instead she watches over you and makes sure your makeup is never running or destroyed throughout the day. She will hover over you with a fan, with a tissue wiping at all your sweat. As a makeup artist, Lourdgene Howes has skill. She can accomplish any look or peg you want. She has a magic touch and will make you feel so beautiful on your special day. Highly recommend!

From our pre-wedding shoot to our wedding day, the look was a natural “no makeup” makeup style and Ms. Lourdgene absolutely nailed it! Even the skin prep alone was already a winner. I find myself in awe of their interactions while doing my makeup. They knew what they were doing, there is no doubt about that. On the wedding day, she was very friendly, very light, her aura of confidence and joy would infect you that even if you were supposed to be nervous, you would not feel it. Despite handling a lot of heads, she was hands on and she took very good care of me and my groom. She is not doing this for the money, she is doing this for her craft, her passion, her art.

I highly recommend Ms. G and her team! They’re super accommodating and took good care of me during my wedding—very hands-on. The products she used were high-end/luxury brands and she even took her time to give me suggestions on what to use based on my skin type. I especially loved that she emphasized the importance of skin care and was able to integrate it with my makeup to create a flawless look.
