Tamara has worked in high end London salons assisting celebrity hair and makeup artist's, therefore she strive's to deliver a unique and luxurious experience for each of her clients. Tamara's kit is full of the finest luxury brands, carefully chosen by her to ensure the perfect looks. Tamara works mainly in bridal and special event hair and makeup as well as working freelance alongside the team of Josh wood in the renowed Claridges hotel in London. What is your most memorable wedding?
My most memorable moment from a wedding was 2022 when I had a bride book me for hair only. She wanted to do her own makeup. On the day I arrived and we did her hair and she had planned to do her makeup whilst I was getting the rest of her bridal party ready. When I had finished her bridal party's hair she was still trying to do her makeup when she said to me 'Tamara I cant do this , i'm too nervous please help'. Luckily I brought some makeup along with me just incase and between some of the bits I had and her own makeup I managed to pull a full look together with individual lashes in about 20 minutes. She was so happy with the look and said she felt like a film star the whole day. It was such a beautiful moment for such a stunning bride.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The part of my business I am most proud of is my dedication to ensuring my clients feel valued and important, my brides mean the world to me and its really important that each and everyone of them feels comfortable whilst they are in my chair and throughout our time working together.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
To take a deep breath and always try to have fun
What do you love most about your job?
The part I love most about my job is working along side my clients to create a look they have been dreaming of. Seeing their face's light up when they look in the mirror and seeing their whole demeanour change. It's such a honour to be trusted and to collaborate with so many beautiful people.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Drink water and look after your skin, hair and try to rest well. Having a good skin and hair care routine in place accompanied with lots of water and quality sleep will do wonders for you and for your artist.
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
With my upbeat but calming personality I will make sure my bride and her bridal party are all having the best time possible. I tend to try and fit in like another friend in the room. I am a very reliable, gentle loving person so can adapt in any setting ensuring my bride is feeling her best, calm, relaxed yet excited self.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
Use your touch up kit and listen to any advice given. Also have a maid of honour who will have a key eye for detail who can keep check on you before photos are taken and will remind you to do lip touch ups etc.
