Try not to plan the day out too much - let it flow as best as possible and remember to enjoy it!

After the initial enquiry, I like to organise a trial as soon as possible so I can meet the Bride, get to know them as a person to better understand their style and what they are picturing for their wedding makeup.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the bridal parties reaction to the Bride all glammed up, hair done and in her dress for the first time.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Make sure you are comfortable in what you chose - it will be photographed all day and you want to make sure in 10 years you'll look back and love it - Make sure it's you!
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I use luxury, high end skincare that allows the Bride the sense of a small spa facial before I begin the makeup application - I find that the hair and makeup process in itself can be extremely relaxing.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
Vet your makeup artists setting products and techniques before the big day - Make sure you know what powders they use, why they use them, what setting spray they use and why - this will give you the confidence that your makeup will last effortlessly no matter what.
