What is your most memorable wedding?
My most memorable wedding was this year in July (Janvi's). I absolutely loved being a part of Janvi's wedding. I got her ready for all occasions from Civil wedding, Asian bridal wedding through to Reception. I loved getting Janvi that fairytale look she had always dreamt of!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I never thought after working with so many prestige beauty counters that one day I would own my own bridal business and that I would get the privelage of being the first point of contact on a bride's wedding day.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My No.1 wedding planning tip for couples would be to schedule out time for your couple and family shots. I believe these memories should be captured before or after the wedding (or couple shoots even a few weeks before) as sometimes weddings get so busy and these shots are missed out on forever. I believe they are a milestone and should be thought about thoroughly.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My favourite personal touch would have to be the final finishing touches, my bride's know that I won't let them leave until they are 100% happy with their bridal look. This is my promise to all brides, I often like to start early so that we do have time to play with at the end incase the bride decides to change anything, she will get just that.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My typical process with a couple would be;
Bride gets in touch to ask for availability on her wedding date and rates
Bina checks her bridal calender and confirms quotation
Bina invites bride for a FREE Consultation (I believe in getting to know her likes, dislikes & understand her style)
Bina sends out booking details
Bride pays deposit for Bina to secure date
Bina gets in touch nearer to the date to suggest a trial (I strongly suggest these after booking, to make sure that we are prepared for the day in advance and to ensure bride's desired look is achieved)
Bina believes it is a journey up until her bride's wedding day. Bina sends bride tips for skincare, haircare & general well being to ensure best results are achieved on her wedding day).
Bina constantly checks in with bride to see how she is getting on and adapts tips as needed.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is that smile when the bride looks at herself in the mirror and looks and feels like a real life princess!
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Don't stress! Your wedding is a very important time in your life, along with that it can sometimes be a very stressful time. my tip would be to enjoy the process. Take baby steps everyday and don't panic. You've got this!
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I always like to play relaxing calming music when I'm doing hair & Makeup. This not only helps me concentrate to achieve best results but calms my brides so much (yes, a lot have even fallen asleep whilst I'm doing their makeup). But I like the whole experience to be as calming as possible, so that my brides are ready to walk down the isle relaxed and happy. Sometimes my bride's nerves do kick in and I do give a good pep talk.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
This question is very close to my heart, I personally relate to it as one thing I noticed during my wedding was that I was always on camera and all eyes were on me (and my husband ofcourse!) So just enjoy your day and don't forget to SMILE!
