So relax, full of variety, friendly staff

First time stay at Hard Rock Hotel, you didn't disappoint me. I feel so relax at this resort, original stay for a night, again we have extend our stay to two nights. Their breakfast full of variety with reasonable price, i love after breakfast heading to poolside playing water basketball, this is so much fun!! Hard Rock staff are so friendly, from room service, breakfast area and also front office include operator. Hotel is central located easy access to main beach and shopping mall.

Fantastic staff, highly competent !

The staff here is definitely the star of the show. They are all very hard working & competent & the rooms are fantastic. I would say the only real improvement needed is the hallway lighting, but no big deal . Cara & Natasha who serves in the Pizzaria is super hard working, Putter who’s a server is friendly & efficient & the fact that all staff here are highly competent at speaking English is a treat :) Their professionalism & friendliness are infectious.

Amazing staff, had a great time, I’ll be back !

Loved everything about this place, the staff was absolutely amazing, Jacob and Sophia in the breakfast service, Mia at the front desk and of course Natasha at the pool bar were just fantastic. Good music every night at the cafe. Wow. Had a great time, I’ll be back.

Wonderful party, excellent entertainment, loved it

Great atmosphere, great view, friendly staff

A hotel with a great atmosphere. The rooms are nice, clean and some have a great view to the beach and pool area. I love the pool and surrounding area which invites people to swim, sunbathing, eat, drink and to attend some of the daily hotel activities. The staff is very friendly and always here to help if you need support. Looking forward to my next holiday in the Hard Rock Hotel.

Outstanding experience, service was top-notch !

I had an outstanding experience at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya! The service was top-notch, and the entertainment options were fantastic. The rooms were spot on: comfortable and well-appointed. The swimming pool is amazing, and the gym is well equipped. There is also an option for the sauna and steam room. Moreover, the food was excellent, offering a delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!
