We recently had an absolutely magical five-night stay here, largely because of two things: the service and the setting. Every staff person you will meet is so kind, gracious, friendly, eager to help and, importantly, very good at their jobs! We had a fantastic concierge (Jack) that seemed to anticipate our every need and assisted us like we were his only guests! I had my wedding at Conrad KS recently in Jan 2023. With Covid, we had to push back our dates a few times and wedding planner Tinna answered all of my questions without any hesitation. We probably exchanged over 500+ emails and many phone calls. Thank you for being so patient with me over the last 2 years, Tinna. Let me just say that the Conrad team turned my dream wedding into a reality and I'm so glad I chose Conrad after looking over 20+ venues in KS and Phuket.
