Please be advised that for this type of event Imani Country House only rents the space. Everything else (catering, decoration, music etc ...) is always left to partners coordinated by the wedding planner, which can of course be chosen by the couple.
For logistical reasons, the maximum number of guests allowed is 80 - 85 people. In case of bad weather the event can be held inside our lounge / restaurant but the maximum number of guests decreases to 75 people. If you prefer, setting up a tent in the garden can also be an option and will increase the maximum capacity of guests.
* The placement of stages, tables and chairs as well as other structures on the lawn always entails the use of decks.
The values vary depending on the time of year as well as the option to reserve the space with or without accomodation.
The hiring of a catering + wedding planner service is obligatory under the responsibility of the bride and groom.
50% of the total amount must be paid upon booking, as confirmation of the dates in the system.
remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to check-in date.
The 50% guarantee is non-refundable.
For cancellations or modification of dates, the order must be placed 15 days prior to the check-in date, otherwise 25% of the second tranche will be forfeited.
* In case of no-show, the client will lose 100% of the total reservation amount.
For the preparation and programming of the event, a technical visit is mandatory, where all the logistical conditions will be defined and presented, including the installation of platforms and extra lighting.
