I cannot say enough good things about Mandarin Plaza. Have stayed here four times at this point and each stay is wonderful. The staff are helpful, the food is great, and the location is convenient. Excellent location beside ayala center cebu, big clean rooms with fast internet and comfortable beds and aircon. Good pricing as well. With parking for rented cars. Our family had a fantastic stay at the Mandarin Hotel! The accommodation was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
